Northern Heating & Ventilation began operating in 1983 and was purchased by Classical Gas in 2000. The Markdale office was relocated to the Berkeley facility to house a fully-equipped sheet metal shop, service shop, warehouse and sales office. The day-to-day operations of this very successful branch of Classical Gas carry on as a very professional and well-respected heating contractor in the area.

At Northern Heating & Ventilation, we offer a full line of heating, cooling and ventilation equipment. We install and service all heating and cooling appliances. Our staff is qualified to service everything we sell. Our Ontario Trade Certifications include Sheet Metal, Gas Fitter, Multi Fuel, Propane and Refrigeration. In addition to these certificates, our installers and service staff are constantly being trained by the manufacturers of the equipment we sell.

We are members of many trade organizations such as:

• Canadian Heat Pump Council, and
