Northern Heating & Ventilation started in 1983 and have been installing and servicing WaterFurnace geothermal systems for 20 years. In 2000, we were purchased by Classical Gas, and although haven’t changed drastically, we have added changes that are sure to benefit us in the future. Our previous Markdale office has been moved to Berkeley, ON and now contains a fully-equipped sheet metal shop, service shop, warehouse and sales office. We have proven to be respected in the area as heating contractors. Northern Heating & Ventilation focuses on WaterFurnace Geothermal Service and Installation.

We are able to install Ground loops, Open well loops, and Lake/Pond loops, and are also experienced in HRV installation. Our staff is exceptionally well qualified. Our technicians are currently accredited with the following industry accreditations; HRAI certified for Residential Heat Loss/Heat Gain/ Radiant Design for 20 years, HRAI certified for Residential Air Systems design and installation for 20 years, and HRAI certified for Mechanical Ventilation and Installation Design for 15 years. We also have licensed refrigeration mechanics, licensed plumbers, licensed electricians, and are accredited with the Canadian GeoExchange Coalition for design and as an installer. Northern Heating & Ventilation also holds active memberships with the Canadian GeoExchange Coalition, the Local Mechanical Contractors Association with HRAI, the Canadian Federation of Independent Business, and the Technical Standards & Safety Authority.
